Access control reporting · Visitor management

Every badge tap at the turnstile becomes a report you can read.

ThinkA IO turns raw access events from your card system into per-employee attendance, working-time and visitor reports. It detects your WIN-PAK installation by itself, and connects to other brands through a simple service.

WIN-PAK integration

It works out your WIN-PAK setup on its own.

In WIN-PAK, employee details live in the Note1…Note40 fields, and what those fields mean differs at every site. The setup wizard scans your database, looks at sample records to work out which field holds the ID number, department or job title, and asks you to confirm. It also sorts your turnstile readers into entry and exit.

Step 2

Finds the database

Scans the databases on your server, recognises the WIN-PAK schema by its signature tables and proposes the right one.

Step 3

Maps the fields

Reads an 11-digit numeric field as the national ID, a low-variety code as the department; shows sample values for you to confirm.

Step 4

Sorts the readers

Lists the devices that actually produce badge events and splits them into entry and exit by name.

Service integration

Not just WIN-PAK — any access control system.

Don't want to hand over database access? Or your access system isn't WIN-PAK? Implement the two endpoints we specify in your own system and ThinkA IO reads from there. It never touches your database.

# The two endpoints you implement GET /api/v1/personel GET /api/v1/gecisler?yon=GIRIS&sonKayitId=9931 # Response [{ "kayitId": 9932, "zaman": "2026-07-25T08:12:04", "personelId": 1001, "kapi": "MAIN ENTRANCE TURNSTILE", "yon": "GIRIS" }]

No database access needed

Your organisation never shares a SQL account; only the data you allow passes through an endpoint you control.

Working samples and a compliance test

Sample services in Python, Node.js, PHP and C# ship with the product. A 26-check test script verifies the service you wrote.

Reporting

Ready answers to the questions management asks.

By department and branch, over any date range — every report exports to Excel in one click.

Who is in, who left

Who is in the building right now and who has left, filtered by department and branch.

Late arrivals · early leavers

You set the threshold time; every day in the range is evaluated separately.

Absent staff

Everyone with no access record that day, with approved leave already separated out.

Monthly and daily summary

Total working time, leave deductions and missing-day tracking.

Overtime

Compares approved overtime entries against actual badge times.

Excel export

Every report on screen exports to Excel with characters intact.

Visitor management

Visitor records from the front desk to the exit.

Registration, badge handover, blacklist checks and exit tracking on one screen. If you have your own front-desk software, a two-way API connects it.

Register and issue a badge

ID details, purpose of visit, host employee and vehicle plate, matched to a badge number.

Blacklist check

Queried before the visit is opened; anyone who must not be admitted raises a warning.

Who is on site?

Visitors who have not signed out are listed live, with long stays flagged.

Visitor report

Filter by date range, visitor, host and status; exports to Excel.

Two-way API

Your kiosk, barrier, plate recognition or appointment system can post and read visitor data.

Search and follow-up

Past visits searchable by ID number, name or date.

Installation

Six steps, on your own server.

The wizard creates the databases, writes the configuration files and activates the licence. Your data never leaves your organisation.

01

SQL Server connection

Enter your server address and credentials, then test the connection.

02

WIN-PAK database

The wizard scans the databases and finds WIN-PAK automatically.

03

Employee fields

The meaning of the Note fields is detected automatically; you confirm against sample values.

04

Entry / exit readers

Devices producing badge events are listed and split by direction.

05

Application databases

Reporting and visitor tables are created and connections written to the config files. WIN-PAK's own tables are left untouched.

06

Licence

Start the 30-day trial or activate with your licence key.

Free trial
